We have felt for some time now we should offer to anyone who's like it the opportunity
to make an exploration of the Christian faith. The course entitled Christianity Explored
is planned for later this year (2005) and you would be very welcome to join. It is built
around the Gospel of Mark, the earliest account of Christ's work and teaching, with
elements that include discussion, video episodes and a study booklet. Also available
is an optional book that supplements the course well. The format could be tailored to suit
your needs but would normally be in a small informal group meeting in a comfortable venue.
You will not be asked to read aloud, pray or sing and you can ask any questions you like.
Nor will you be asked to write any essays or do any tests!

The course is clear and accessible, engagingly written and presented by gifted communicator
Rico Tice and looks at the three basic questions:

• Who Jesus really was
• Why he came
• What it means to follow him
